Weekday Morning arrival and departure hours
Dogs can be dropped off for doggie daycare anytime between the hours of 7:45 am and 8:30 am Monday - Friday. The earlier they arrive the more playtime they have.
Overnight boarding arrivals are by appointment only and can be scheduled between 8:00 am and 9:00 am Monday - Friday. Extended times are available for peak season and holiday arrivals. Use the app to view all available times.
Departures can be scheduled by appointment between 8:30 am and 9:30 am. Please use the app and let us know when you are on your way.

Appointments can be scheduled between the hours of 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm Monday - Friday for overnight boarding or daycare arrivals and departures.

Saturday & Sunday
Yes we have extended hours on the weekends for self drop-off and self pick-up only between 8:30 am and 8:00 pm on Saturday and from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Sunday. If you prefer to drop off or pick up your dog when a staff member is present (instead of self drop-off or pick-up), you may do so at 3:00 pm sharp either day. We do not have staff in the office on the weekends except at 3:00 pm during shift change. If you're late for your 3:00 drop off, staff will not be in the office for assistance.
Self drop-off and Self Pick up requires pre-enrollment after you have boarded with us at least one time. A code to our drop off and pick up area will be issued to you upon set up in our system. A separate agreement will need to be signed for the self drop-off and self pick-up convenience program.

Our office hours are generally 7:30 am to 9:30 am and 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with a few exceptions depending on how busy the day is for us. If you call and happen to get the voicemail during these hours, that means we are super busy assisting other clients' dogs. We will check messages throughout the day and return calls as soon as possible. You are more than welcome to send us a text message for a faster response. We typically do not answer the business line on Saturday or Sunday except emergency text messages. We will return calls about scheduling, training, and daycare questions on Monday morning when the office re-opens.

Tours of our Facility
We are glad to give tours of our facility, and but they are available only by appointment. Please don't just show up and expect a tour without an appointment because our staff is tightly scheduled with training, cleaning, grooming, and daycare schedules with our regular clients.
Self Drop Off & Pickup
We are excited to offer this 'outside the box' service for our clients near CAFB. We know schedules can sometimes get hectic, but we don't want you to stress about dropping off or picking up your dog, especially when work schedules change at the last minute, or if an emergency comes up.
Ask the office manager about our self-drop off and self-pickup options which are available:
6:30 am to 8 am
10 am to 3 pm
4 pm to 8 pm.
Obedience Classes & Training
Our current obedience classes are scheduled in 4-week and 8-week sessions. Our app has all the current classes listed where you can join the right class for you and your dog. Your dog must be registered with us and fully vaccinated to participate. Group classes run for 6 weeks. Download our app for all the details about classes we offer.
How it works!
Our doggy hotel works just like a hotel for people. Check-in is after 3 pm and check-out is by 10 am the next morning. We gladly allow for early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee of $12.50 each per dog because your dog will participate in doggy daycare. A surcharge of $25 per dog will apply for anyone that calls and wants to drop off or pick up their dog outside of our normal hours (Except pre-arranged self drop-off or pick-up), because we have to pay additional wages to staff members to come and accommodate those requests.
