Before your dog can visit our campus, you must provide valid copies of proof of vaccinations for Rabies, DHPP2 with Lepto, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and be able to tell us the date of the last time your dog was treated for worms and parasites. Flea and tick preventatives such as Nexguard or Brevecto are acceptable. You will get a hard stop in the App when trying to make an appointment if you don't provide all the current vaccinations. Vaccination records can be uploaded to us easily through our new App.

We prefer cash, but we also accept credit card or debit cards for payment. Checks must be approved by management. You are able to pay your invoice right from the convenience of the App but we also have a terminal in the office for credit card payments. All invoices are due at the time of drop off. Coupon codes must be presented at the time of drop off because we cannot go back and fix coupon errors once payment has been made.

Bring your dog's regular food, meds, and bedtime treats! We don't need bowls, leashes, kennels, water bottles, beds (except for senior dogs), or fetch games. We have everything already in place for your dog to have a great time!

Self Check In/Out is available for anyone who has boarded with at least one time in the past or for our weekly daycare clients. You will be assigned a code to the office door that is uniquely yours (not to be shared) and you may drop off your dog for care if you have an emergency, death of a loved one, birth of a child, etc or even if our office hours don't correspond with your travel times and you need to drop off outside of our business hours. Please reach out to us for further instructions. Self Check In/Out is charged at a different rate than our normal boarding rates and invoice payments are due and payable through the APP at the time of drop off.
