We have a BRAND NEW point-of-sale system that encourages the use of cash! If you pay with cash or debit card in our office, you will save 4% on your transaction. For your convenience, we can accept cash payments even after hours in our drop box. Call or text for instructions and details.
Invoices are emailed at the time of booking. To pay electronically by Cash App or credit card, you must text 575-769-0231 and request a secure link which will be sent to you along with the correct amount to pay because our invoices automatically reflect the credit card price and we don't want you to be accidentally overcharged if you pay by a different method.
Tipping for great service is appreciated because our staff is paid hourly. All tips go directly to the staff and they are NOT shared with company owners. We practice tip sharing amongst the kennel staff and front desk staff as they complete their shifts.
Pay My Invoice Electronically
You may send a text or call 575-769-0231 and request a secure payment link with the amount you should pay. You will notice the amount sent to you by text is lower than the balance due on your invoice, but that's because the new payment software will show you the difference between a credit card price and the discounted cash price. We're all about full disclosure! If you choose to proceed with the credit card price, the software will transact the appropriate amount automatically.
